i got a Nikon d40 for my birthday from my parents (who spoil me) i'm still getting used to all the little adjustments and such. i'm so used to cannons and their simplicity as opposed to the complicated slr's. i love it though... it is amazing. if you have any tips for me, to work and twerk this new camera, that would be grand.

YAY! You finally got your camera! The pictures look absolutely stunning, so it seems as though you've already got the hang of it. :] I basically had to teach myself about the D60, & I'm still learning.
